Virginia Reardon
Master Colorist
Virginia Reardon has been part of the hair industry since 1979, bringing decades of experience, artistry, and an unmistakable passion for color to her craft. Remarkably, some of the clients who first sat in Virginia’s chair early in her career are still with her today—a testament to both her talent and the lasting relationships she has built throughout her career.
Before beginning her career in hair, Virginia was a classically trained ballerina, an artistic foundation that helped shape her eye for balance, movement, precision, and individual expression.
A highly accomplished colorist with a career rooted in New York’s beauty industry, Virginia has built her reputation on understanding both the technical and artistic sides of color. Throughout her career, she has also served as a color educator, sharing her knowledge, technique, and experience with other professionals and helping develop the next generation of colorists.
Known for her sophisticated eye for color and deeply personalized approach, Virginia believes that the best results begin with understanding the individual in her chair. Her work is never about simply following a formula or a trend. It is about creating beautiful, dimensional color that complements the client, their hair, and the way they want to feel.
For Virginia, the relationships she builds with her clients are every bit as important as her craft. Warm, engaging, and genuinely invested in the people she works with, she loves helping clients feel confident and beautiful while creating the kind of connection that keeps them coming back to her chair.
With an enduring enthusiasm for her craft and an instinct for what makes color truly work, Virginia brings experience, personality, and a distinctly artistic point of view to the LAICALE team.
