A California native who has lived in various parts of the world, including Italy, Simone Saint Laurent is the co-founder of LAICALE and the force behind the salon’s operations and continued evolution. An avid traveler, her experiences around the world have shaped her perspective on style, culture, hospitality, and the way people experience a space.

With a background in hair and a deep understanding of the industry, Simone has been part of LAICALE’s story from the beginning. Alongside Fabrizio Fiumicelli, she also co-founded LAICALE’s New York editorial agency, extending the brand beyond the salon and into the worlds of fashion, editorial, and beauty.

While Simone no longer works behind the chair, her influence can be felt throughout LAICALE. Today, she oversees the business and day-to-day operations behind the scenes—from the client experience and team culture to the systems, standards, and countless details that keep the salon moving.
