Nancy Casiano
Senior Stylist | Colorist
With more than 30 years behind the chair, Nancy Casiano brings a distinctly New York point of view to her work grounded in decades of experience, technical expertise, and an instinct for creating hair that feels effortlessly right for the person wearing it.
Nancy began her career in SoHo at the renowned John Dellaria Salon, where she apprenticed before working her way up to Master Stylist. She later joined the team at Dop Dop on Mercer Street, expanding her expertise into color and developing a particular mastery of balayage, dimensional color, and glosses. Her background across both cutting and color has shaped her into a truly versatile stylist who understands how every element of a look should work together.
At LAICALE SoHo, Nancy is known for providing a complete, end-to-end experience for her clients, from consultation and color to the cut and final blowout. Whether creating dimensional balayage, refreshing a signature cut, or sculpting a precision pixie, she approaches every client individually rather than applying a prescribed look.
At the heart of Nancy’s work is a simple philosophy: she wants her clients to see themselves the way she sees them. She has an eye for recognizing what will bring out the best in someone and translating that vision into hair that feels modern, flattering, and uniquely their own. For Nancy, great hair is ultimately about how it makes you feel, and every client should leave her chair feeling beautiful, confident, and completely themselves.
