129 GRAND STREET NEW YORK CITY

Marie Caveggia

Marie Caveggia is a New York-based hairstylist whose career spans over two decades of innovation, craft, and cultural influence.

Trained in London and shaped by the creative energy of downtown NYC, she brings a refined sensibility to her work — one that merges technical precision with an artist’s instinct. As the former owner of Suite 303 at the iconic Chelsea Hotel, her salon became a quiet epicenter for boundary-pushing artists, musicians, and fashion visionaries. Her work has graced both screen and runway, including as key hairstylist for the film Big Eden and lead stylist for NY Men’s Fashion Week, collaborating with designers such as John Elliott and Represent.

Caveggia’s artistry extends beyond the chair. At the Australian Hair Expo, she took the stage as a platform stylist, sharing her modern approach to men’s fading with an international audience. Whether teaching, styling, or creating, her work is rooted in an intuitive understanding of individuality and form. Now a senior stylist at Laicale in Soho, she continues to shape the evolving landscape of hair with quiet authority and a distinctly downtown point of view.
