A native New Yorker, Karina has been an integral part of the LAICALE team for more than three years. A graduate of the Arrojo Cosmetology School in Manhattan, she brings a genuine passion for the craft, a collaborative spirit, and an eagerness to continue learning from LAICALE’s experienced stylists and colorists.

As Senior Assistant, Karina works closely alongside the salon’s team, supporting the stylists and colorists while continuing to develop her own technique and artistry. She has a particular love for blowouts and working with textured hair, bringing care, attention to detail, and a natural feel for styling to every client.
