Josie Sanchez is a master stylist and colorist with over two decades of experience in the beauty industry. A certified Great Lengths Extension Specialist, session stylist, bridal specialist and celebrity stylist.

Josie is celebrated for her precision, artistry and ability to create looks that are both technically flawless and deeply personal. Her career spans an impressive portfolio, from styling celebrity clients and directing backstage teams at New York Fashion Week, to being featured in editorial publications and film.

Previously a salon owner and creative director, Josie has successfully led teams, designed award-winning salon spaces and developed educational programs that elevated industry standards in technical excellence and artistry.

She know brings that same vision and dedication to her role at LAICALE, where her creative design sense and meticulous attention to detail continue to inspire both her clients and colleagues.

Outside the salon, Josie finds inspiration in travel, fashion and design. She has a passion for curating unique experiences, from hand-sewing custom hair pieces and scouting vintage treasures, to discovering new restaurants and sharing unforgettable meals with loved ones. Known among friends for her eye for detail (and for never skipping dessert) Josie embodies the perfect balance of artistry, professionalism and joy in all that she does.
