Fabrizio Fiumicelli is the founder and creative force behind LAICALE, an international salon brand he established in Italy in 1988 before expanding to New York City and Japan.

Born into a family of Italian hairdressers, Fabrizio developed an instinctive understanding of the craft from an early age. His approach combines the precision and technique of traditional Italian hairdressing with a distinctly modern, editorial sensibility shaped by fashion, art, design, architecture, and the energy of the streets.

Throughout his career, Fabrizio’s work has extended well beyond the salon. His artistry has been featured in fashion shows, editorial productions, and celebrity work. Meanwhile, LAICALE’s New York editorial agency further established the brand within the fashion and beauty industries.
