Alannah’s approach to hair lives at the intersection of art, science, and individuality. Drawn to hairdressing through a fascination with chemistry, biology, and visual art, she trained at the Toni & Guy Hairdressing Academy in Santa Monica before apprenticing under leading celebrity stylists in Beverly Hills and Hollywood. There, she developed a strong foundation in blonding across all hair textures, color formulation, and multiple extension methods.

Her career brought her to New York, where she helped a mentor launch a Manhattan salon, from building the team to shaping its culture. Seeking a more meaningful creative challenge, Alannah later spent two years in Cambodia with an NGO operating a high-end salon and hairdressing academy for trafficking survivors and at-risk youth. She helped build the salon and created its color education curriculum from the ground up.

Back in New York, Alannah immersed herself in advanced freehand painting and balayage, assisting leading artists and coloring wigs for runway shows and fashion editorials. She went on to refine her own artistic voice as a sought-after colorist, building a loyal following for color that feels elevated, dimensional, and distinctly individual.

With more than a decade behind the chair, Alannah brings an intuitive, highly visual approach to her work. Her strength lies in technical versatility and understanding the person wearing the hair creating thoughtful, expressive color that feels effortless, modern, and entirely personal.
